Managing Multiple Resumes

Organize and maintain multiple resumes efficiently for different job roles.

As you apply for different jobs, you’ll likely have several tailored versions of your resume.
The dashboard makes managing them simple and organized.

Viewing All Resumes

Click the All Resumes tab to view every resume you’ve created.
You’ll see both Base and Tailored resumes listed chronologically — with filters to view only Base, Tailored, or In Progress resumes.

Searching Resumes

Use the top search bar or filters to quickly locate a resume by keyword, job title, or company name.
For example: typing “Data Analyst” instantly highlights all resumes tailored for Data Analyst roles.

Resume Metadata

Each resume card displays key metadata for easy tracking:

  • Created Date: When the resume was first built.

  • Updated Date: The last edit made.

  • Job Title / Company: For tailored versions.

This makes it easy to revisit and reuse past resumes for similar roles.

Deleting Resumes

If you no longer need a version:

  1. Hover over the resume card.

  2. Click 🗑️ Delete.

  3. Confirm your action.

Deleted resumes move to the Trash section (temporary) before being permanently removed.
Letraz keeps them for a short period in case you delete by mistake.

Resume Status Types

Type

Description

Base Resume

Your primary document used for tailoring.

Tailored Resume

AI-customized version aligned with a job description.

Identifying Base vs Tailored Resumes

Letraz visually differentiates them for clarity:

  • Base Resume: Shown with a solid border and labeled “Base.”

  • Tailored Resume: Shown with a lighter card and includes the job role name beneath.

Tip: Keep a consistent naming convention — e.g., “Resume - Frontend Google” or “Resume - Analyst Deloitte.”

Organization Tips

If you handle multiple resumes, here’s how to stay organized:

  • Use short, descriptive names for each tailored resume.

  • Regularly archive older versions you no longer use.

  • Keep your Base Resume updated monthly with new achievements.

  • Use filters to quickly switch between job types or industries.

  • Download important versions before making large edits.

This helps you maintain a clean, manageable workspace as your portfolio grows.
